I take our consultation and get to work. I build your unique training and nutrition plan and deliver it via a simple, easy-to-use app. Every single exercise and meal suggestion is chosen for you.
3) Daily Support & Weekly Check-ins
This is where the magic happens. We'll have a formal, detailed check-in every week to review your progress, your challenges, and your mindset. Plus, you'll have access to me via the app for quick questions and support.
4) We Evolve Together
Your body adapts, and so does your life. Your plan will never be static. We'll constantly tweak and progress your workouts and nutrition to make sure you never plateau and never get bored.

I'm a complete beginner. Is your coaching suitable for me?
Absolutely. In fact, beginners are my favourite clients to work with. We get to build a solid foundation from day one, with no bad habits to undo. I'll teach you the fundamentals of movement and nutrition in a way that isn't overwhelming, building your confidence one step at a time.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. I build the plan around *you*. If you have a full gym, great. If you have a few dumbbells at home, perfect. If you have absolutely no equipment, that's fine too. We can get incredible results using just your bodyweight. The plan will be designed for your environment.
Do I have to be in the UK to work with you?
Not at all! The beauty of online coaching is that I can work with you wherever you are in the world. As long as we can communicate (via the app and email), your location doesn't matter. I coach clients across Europe, the US, and beyond.
